The nearby beach (Medveja) is located just 800m away from Sky Pool Villa Medveja.

The beach is easily accessible by foot, approxiamtely a 15-minute walk. However, we recommend using a car as the villa is situated atop a small hill, making it challenging to walk uphill.

The beach offers amenities such as sunbeds, umbrellas, showers, and beach bars.

Yes, visitors can rent beach chairs and umbrellas at the beach.

There are restaurants and snack bars located near the beach offering a variety of food and drinks.

Water sports activities such as kayaking, paddleboarding, and snorkeling are available at the beach.

The beach is family-friendly with shallow waters suitable for children.

There are designated swimming areas at the beach, however lifeguards are not on duty.

Mornings are generally less crowded, making it a great time to visit the beach.

There are parking facilities available near the beach for villa guests, but it may get crowded during peak season, so it is advisable to arrive early.

At Sky Pool Villa Medveja, we accept payments by bank transfer,  paypal, credit cards (through our secure online booking process on our website) and partial payment in cash. Please be aware that we do not accept credit card payments in person on site.

A deposit is required to secure a reservation at our villa. The deposit amount and payment details will be provided to you at the time of booking.

Our cancellation policy at Sky Pool Villa Medveja is as follows: cancellations made within the specified time frame are eligible for a refund or credit towards a future stay. Please refer to our booking terms and conditions for more information.

The booking price at Sky Pool Villa Medveja includes all applicable fees and taxes. There are no additional charges unless otherwise specified.

Guests can request a payment receipt for their stay at Sky Pool Villa Medveja. We are happy to provide a detailed invoice outlining all charges and payments made during your visit.

The rates are all inclusive and covers all amenities such as weekly housekeeping, complimentary Wi-Fi, access to the private pool and sauna, outdoor BBQ  and a fully equipped kitchen. All taxes are included in the rate.

We do not provide breakfast; Each villa has a fully equipped kitchen. A grocery store supermarket is conveniently located just a 5-minute drive (4km) away along the main road leading to our Villa. We suggest making a brief stop at the supermarket on your way to the Villa.

We can arrange for various recreational activities and excursions, such as boat trips or rental to explore the crystal-clear waters of the Adriatic Sea. Whether you prefer lounging by the pool or embarking on an adventure, we can help make your stay unforgettable.

Transportation to and from the villa can be arranged upon request for an additional fee.

Check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is by 10:00 AM.

We don’t have a Concierge service, however we are available to assist guests with any questions or requests they may have during their stay.

Each villa has its own private wellness area with sauna, hot tub and outdoor heated pool. Spa services such as massage  etc. are not offered at the villa, but guests can request recommendations for nearby spas and wellness centers.

Special packages and promotions may be available for guests booking a stay at Sky Pool Villa Medveja. Guests are encouraged to inquire with the villa directly for any current offers.

The cancellation policy at Sky Pool Villa Medveja is as follows: full refund for cancellations made at least 45 days before check-in. No refund for cancellations made within 45 days of check-in.

Guests must be at least 18 years of age to stay at the villa.

There is a minimum stay requirement of 3 nights at Sky Pool Villa Medveja.

While there is no strict policy in place, guests are expected to be mindful of noise levels and adhere to quiet hours to ensure the comfort of other guests in the area.

Events or parties are not allowed at Sky Pool Villa Medveja without prior approval from the management. Additional fees and restrictions may apply.

Guests are required to cover damages or losses that occur during their stay at Sky Pool Villa Medveja, up to the insurance deductible limit of 500 EUR. The villa assumes no responsibility for accidents, injuries, or theft of personal belongings. It is advisable to have travel insurance for additional security.

The villa is approximately 40km from the nearest Airport Rijeka (approximately 1hr drive due to local traffic).
Pula airport is located 100km from the Villa (approximately 1.20hr drive, mostly on highway). The main aeroport is located in the Capital City/ Zagreb and it is approximately 2hr drive (190 km).

Small pets are welcome (max.1), to be highlighted during the reservation.

Each villa includes a private pool, whirpool hot tub, sauna, fully equipped kitchen, outdoor dining area & BBQ, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi.

There is a grocery store within a short driving distance for guests to purchase supplies. The closest supermarket, PLODINE Lovran, can be reached with just a 5-minute drive (4km) along the main road leading to our Villa. We recommend making a quick stop on the way to our Villa.

Yes, Sky Pool Villa Medveja offers free Wi-Fi access for guests.

The villa is equipped with air conditioning and heating for guests’ comfort.

Parking is available on-site at Sky Pool Villa Medveja (Free of charge).

There are restaurants and attractions within walking distance of the villa. The closest restaurant (Konoba Kali) is located just 300m away from the Villa, about 5-minute walk. Parking is also available for guests in front of the Restaurant.

Guests can enjoy leisure activities such as swimming in the pool, relaxing on the terrace, and exploring the nearby beach or hiking trails.
