Sky Pool Villas Medveja are situated on top of a small hill that offers breathtaking views from its elevated setting. The spacious terraces overlooking the private swimming pool create the perfect scenery for intimate dining and soaking in the stunning 360-degree panoramas of the Adriatic coast and surrounding natural beauty. The word “Sky” invites you to experience the lovely sunsets and sunrises that brighten the horizon with stunning colors, making every moment at Sky Pool Villa feel unique and memorable to share with your loved ones.
Villa Architecture
Sky Pool Villa Medveja’s interiours and exteriors are thoroughly designed to incorporate modern elements that enhance the natural beauty of its surroundings. Large floor-to-ceiling windows, open spaces, and materials inspired by nature invite sunlight and fresh air, promoting a serene and relaxing experience.
Our journey began in 2020 with the opening of our first and the largest Panoramic Two-Bedroom Sky Pool Villa, meticulously designed to embrace the outdoor elements while offering luxurious comforts indoors.
In 2025, we enhanced our collection by adding an adjacent property, the One-Bedroom Sky Pool Villa, which has been carefully designed to accommodate two additional guests while ensuring comfort and privacy in each standalone unit.
The architectural design of Sky Pool Villa Medveja honors modern aesthetics, placing a strong emphasis on simplicity, minimalist interior design, and a warm and welcoming atmosphere that provides a tranquil escape from the chaos of everyday life.

Our stay at Villa Medveja was a fantastic experience. The house is located at the end of a steep road up the hillside. The house is oriented to the east which allows you to enjoy the pool in the sun in the morning and have a lot of shade in the afternoon. The views are breath taking and because of the location up the hill you enjoy peace and quite and have 100% privacy. We absolutely loved the relaxing time and would advise this place to anyone.

We have stayed in over 20 Airbnbs over the last 3 years, this was the best we have seen. It is exactly as shown in the photos, a beautiful villa high on a hill overlooking the ocean. A lovely area with small villages and great hiking in the national park. Lots of local restaurants, small beaches and friendly bars. We had a great time

Wir waren zum ersten Mal in der Unterkunft und sie ist so traumhaft wie beschrieben und auf den Bildern.
Alles warb sehr sauber und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Außenanlage, ein Traum. Die Aussicht auf den Sonnenaufgang vom Bett ebenfalls ein Traum. Abends kann man die Lichter der ganzen kvarner Bucht sehen. Sauna und Whirlpool laden perfekt zum Entspannen ein, ebenfalls mit einem traumhaften Blick aufs Meer. Der Außen Salz Pool bietet eine grandiose Aussicht ebenfalls aufs Meer. Die Architektur des Hauses ist bis aufs letzte Detail geplant… Bemerkenswert! Von der Unterkunft aus erreicht man schnell Ausflugsziele sowie einen nahen gelegenen Stand.

Villa Medveja is super high tech and the owner was available whenever we needed him! Marin was really on top of it! The view was incredible and even though it was raining, we used the dry sauna and pool. I’d definitely stay here again. Thanks Marin!

Das Haus ist sehr kompfortabel und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Aussicht ist spektakulär! Morgens sind wir zuerst in den wunderbaren Pool gesprungen und an unserem Gewittertag haben wir sogar die Sauna und den Whirlpool genossen. Perfekt! 🥰👍🌟
